To support a growing program, the part-time Certified Health Coach will guide members in improving their relationships with food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health while providing exceptional care and accountability from 8 am to 1 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Implement core coaching competencies to inspire and support members throughout their lifestyle journey, strategically setting goals Engage and retain members by establishing strong rapport and delivering compassionate, solution-focused service Ensure quality member experiences across all communication channels while addressing inquiries and resolving issues Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional work experience required A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience or 1 year plus a coaching certification (NBHWC preferred) Customer service experience preferred Bilingual Spanish is a plus Strong computer skills and ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment
