WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY THC / MARAJUANA RATE OF PAY IS $23+ DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCEEssential Functions / Responsibilities:Operate heat treating equipment to harden and temper steel partsFollow established procedures to ensure the quality of the finished productConduct tests to ensure parts meet specificationsMonitor equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environmentPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisorSafety Sensitive Position.Work Environment:Primary work environment is the production floor.Secondary work environment is the office.Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through the entire shift.Ability to be aware of surroundings for safety concerns.While performing duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Occasion stooping and walking will be required.Required Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of heat treating processes and equipmentAbility to read and interpret technical documents and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Special Requirements:Safety Sensitive: This job is designated by Valley Forge & Bolt Mfg.
