We’re seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join a growing senior living organization in a key role supporting the General Counsel and overseeing day-to-day legal and contract management processes.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, improving workflows, and taking ownership of the details that keep a legal function running efficiently.

Who would be a good fit?

Someone with strong organizational, analytical, and business skills who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating across departments, and taking initiative to improve processes. Experience in legal operations, contract administration, or a related business operations role would be valuable.
