We are seeking physicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care to older adults.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
\n
• Provide primary care and manage patients’ overall health needs.
\n
• Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatments.
\n
• Keep patient medical records accurate and up to date.
\n
• Work with the care team and leadership to improve patient health outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with Practice Managers and other healthcare professionals.
\n
• Support quality improvement and patient care goals.
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• M.D. or D.O. degree.
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine .
\n
• Active, unrestricted state medical license.
\n
• Active DEA license.
\n
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Geriatrics fellowship or experience caring for older adults.
\n
• Experience in outpatient primary care.
\n
• Experience with value-based healthcare.
\n
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
\n
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
\n
