Private Banking Associate (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Aventura, FL
Pay Rate: $26–$33/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite
Job Type: Contract - 6 months with potential to extend or transition perm

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Private Banking Associate to support international private banking clients. This role focuses on delivering personalized client service, coordinating account openings and transactions, managing KYC documentation, and partnering with internal teams to support client banking and lending needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, personalized service to international private banking clients.
• Prepare and customize account opening documents based on client type, risk profile, and product requirements.
• Review and complete Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and ensure compliance with banking requirements.
• Process client instructions and transactions accurately and promptly, coordinating with internal departments through completion.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Partner with credit teams on new and existing loan requests, payoff requests, and loan-related inquiries.
• Prepare return-on-equity (ROE) models and support lending-related documentation.
• Monitor daily client transactions and escalate unusual activity, potential fraud, or deviations from established instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of private banking experience required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client service skills, professionalism, and personal integrity.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and resolve problems effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with colleagues, business partners, and management at all levels.
