We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team and provide meaningful, end-of-life care to patients and families in Monroeville and the surrounding areas.
\n \nIn this role, you'll become a vital member of our compassionate multidisciplinary team, working closely under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator. You’ll be a steady presence and a source of comfort, helping patients and their loved ones navigate one of life’s most profound journeys with dignity, grace, and support.

\n \nProvide personalized care and comfort to hospice patients.
\nCollaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met.
\nUphold our care standards through adherence to policies and procedures.
\nSupport the emotional and physical well-being of patients and their loved ones.
\nParticipate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of care.

\n \nCompletion of an accredited RN program.
\nActive Pennsylvania RN license.
